Patmore has worked at the hotel for five years.
Nicholas Patmore has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. Patmore worked at the property for five years.
He joined the hotel, one of the tallest five-star hotels in the world, in 2016 as F&B manager. In this capacity, he oversaw 14 restaurants and bars, as well as the hotel’s busy banqueting division. He then became director of rooms and then director of operations before taking up his new position.
As Room Manager, he drove the hotel’s growth while achieving high scores in guest satisfaction.
Patmore will still focus on F&B in his new role, tasked with introducing new dining experiences later this month.
In 2016, he was the driving force behind the launch of Wanderlust Brunch and later the opening of the licensed outdoor terrace Cafe Artois. His stint as the hotel’s F&B Manager earned him the title of F&B Manager of the Year in 2017 Hotelier Middle East Price.
Prior to JW, he was F&B Director at Atlantis The Palm, and EAM for One&Only Cape Town before that.
