Dubai, October 20: Following the success of Rasa, Fortune Hotel’s coveted gourmet multi-cuisine family restaurant, Karama, Rasa recently opened its second restaurant at Fortune Atrium Hotel, Bur Dubai.
Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, Minister of Science and Technology, Higher Education and Information Technology, Biotechnology of the Government of Karnataka opened the restaurant in the presence of dignitaries including Praveen Shetty, President, Fortune Group of Hotels ; President of Karnataka Sangha, Abu Dhabi Sarvotam Shetty, Beloor, Raghavendra Shetty, President, Karnataka State Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd as well as Rupali Praveen Shetty, Param Shetty and Prachi Shetty.
Rasa, titled ‘Coastal Vibes’, known for its delicious range of fresh foods and has become a favorite culinary destination for food lovers. Rasa, which means ‘curries’ in South India, is known for its authentic and immensely delicious curries from Kerala, Mangaluru and Goa. âIt goes without saying that seafood is an integral part of the cuisine of people in these parts of the world. Many foodies also have a strong preference for seafood. We have an excellent team of handpicked chefs, experienced in providing the most favorite delicacy, cooked to perfection.
