IHG has expanded its New York hotel portfolio with the opening of Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown – Wall Street, the brand’s second hotel in Manhattan.

The pet-friendly hotel features 127 rooms designed by Gene Kaufman Architect PC, a ground-floor restaurant that serves classic New York comfort food, a 25th-floor rooftop bar, and a fitness center in shape.

As of Q4 2021, IHG had a portfolio of 130 Hotel Indigo properties globally, with 114 more in the pipeline. Upcoming 2022 openings include St. Louis – Central West End in Missouri, Vienna – Naschmarkt in Austria, Flushing in New York, The Galapagos in Ecuador, Vancouver Downtown – Portland Area in Washington, Inuyama Urakuen Garden in Japan as well as Brisbane in Australia.
