AJMAN, 20th March, 2022 (WAM) — The Ajman Businesswomen’s Council has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Umm Al-Moumineen Women’s Association in Ajman, with the aim of enhancing cooperation and implement joint initiatives and projects to empower women. The MoU also aims to enhance the societal role of women, guide them to engage in areas of self-employment and diversify their private investments and projects to increase their contribution to the development process. sustainable economy.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Amna Khalifa Al-Ali, Chairperson of the Ajman Businesswomen’s Council, and Asmaa Muhammad Shahdad, Executive Director of the Umm Al-Moumineen Women’s Association, at the Ajman Entrepreneurship Center of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. .
Dr. Amna Khalifa Al-Ali explained that the Ajman Businesswomen’s Council is keen to expand its circle of partnerships to ensure the diversification of services provided by the Council to its members and business owners in general.
For her part, Asmaa Muhammad Shahdad underlined that the experiences and knowledge of both parties will enhance cooperation and partnership to implement value-added activities that help bring more benefits to members and affiliates of the Association and advice.
