Unveiling the taste of authentic local cuisine, the hotel’s mezzanine floor is dedicated to spacious all-day dining at Al Murjan Restaurant, which features a buffet counter.

Adding a warm atmosphere to morning coffees is the Deli Grind Cafe located in the Carlton Hotel and Suite’s signature cafe. The cafe offers a take-out concept, offering a wide selection of pastries, freshly brewed hot and cold beverages, desserts and alternative sugar-free delights.
