Ajman: His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, member of the Supreme Council and Sovereign of Ajman, approved a budget of 2.417 billion dirhams for Ajman’s government for 2022, 17% more than last year.

Infrastructures, public facilities and the environment represent 39% of budgetary allocations, economic affairs 34%, public services 19% and public order and security 8%.

“The emirate’s budget and community projects aim to create a distinguished model that embodies the principles of leadership, which prioritizes people’s happiness and building a prosperous community”, Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, crown prince of Ajman and chairman of the executive of Ajman. The crown prince underlined the willingness of Ajman’s government to support leading projects in community development, to implement ambitious strategies to improve the quality of life in the emirate and to launch comprehensive infrastructure projects. .

Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, director general of Ajman’s finance department, said the 2022 budget is balanced and has no deficit due to the adoption of innovative fiscal policies and flexible approaches to achieve financial stability in the emirate.

The budget meets the development needs of the emirate, and the relevant investment and development projects will serve the general economic environment of the emirate, which will reflect the happiness and satisfaction of community members, he said. -he declares.
