Serve dealers and suppliers via the Metaverse
Ajman Payment Platform (AjmanPay) is the first unified government payment platform that enables the collection of fees for services from local government agencies in Ajman on the Metaverse. This step is part of ADF’s strategy to support digital transformation in the emirate, provide new payment channels that meet customer requirements and offer a unique user experience with the highest levels of ease, comfort and safety.
In addition, a virtual template for supplier registration has been designed for the Metaverse.
The Tawred platform
Al Ali highlighted that the launch of the new Tawreed platform is part of ADF’s efforts to improve the supplier experience by streamlining and facilitating their access to services, including registration and renewal processes, l examination and participation in calls for tenders, and monitoring of their processes.
Al Ali explained that the Tawreed platform will improve the supplier experience through its updated, easy-to-use and responsive interfaces, with designs that meet the best global standards, noting that the platform aims to “simplify the journey of the supplier by innovatively facilitating the registration, renewal and follow-up processes, as well as supplier interaction with the platform in terms of uploading documents and auto-filling information, creating an easy and smooth customer journey .”
Al Ali indicated that all digital initiatives and programs developed by ADF align with the sound vision of from Ajman leadership to make the emirate a global center for financial services in the digital age and contribute to the achievement of national goals and aspirations, chief among which is the UAE Vision 2071.
Smooth user experience
Based on the highest standards of digital presence, ADF’s new website provides a seamless experience for visitors through a new easy-to-use user interface that highlights the most important services provided by ADF, such as vendor registration, electronic resource system, unified financial system and AjmanPay mobile application.
Al Ali pointed out that the website reflects ADF’s tireless efforts to develop the services it offers to its customers and to be easily accessible to them, taking into account their needs. The new site helps people online easily access available information and take advantage of services with minimal time and effort.
Business intelligence platform
On the other hand, ADF is reviewing a set of its innovative digital initiatives, such as the Business Intelligence platform for financial indicators which allows users to collect and structure data for analysis purposes and to prepare reports for share with decision makers.
The development of the Business Intelligence platform is part of ADF’s efforts to more effectively support the decision-making process and take action based on clear data by collecting and storing data and managing knowledge in order to improve overall work and institutional performance.
ADF also introduced visitors to the exhibition to the AjmanPay platform, which represents a unified portal for government smart payment. It was launched by ADF in 2019 and is a digital payment platform designed according to the highest international standards to improve government revenue collection processes. The goal is to make payments easier and safer through AjmanPay’s flexibility and ability to provide all categories of customers with the ability to settle payments in multiple ways.
The department also presented its most important innovative technical achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, represented by the Fursan Robots project, which won the “UAE Innovates 2022” award, an event supervised by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for government innovation, in the category “Most innovative use of resources”. Fursan Robots is a robotic process that leverages robotic process automation to monitor government budget execution, benefiting all government agencies. It also involves matching expenditure with a resource system and automating the government’s financial thermometer financial performance monitoring processes.
