Air Arabia resumes in-town check-in services in N Emirates

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Mena region, has resumed city check-in services in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman.

Air Arabia City Check-ins were created in 2012 to offer passengers more convenience and flexibility by allowing them to drop off their bags nearby and collect their boarding pass before traveling with Air Arabia.

The City Check-in service allows passengers to select seats and receive their boarding passes and baggage claim tags. They can then proceed immediately to the flight upon their arrival at the airport.

Located in Sharjah, Safeer Mall and the Air Arabia Sales Shop in Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman, the three centers will operate seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a break from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays for prayers. The centers accept baggage 24 to 8 hours before departure, which is then transported directly to Sharjah International Airport.

Air Arabia has also added convenience and confidence to passengers by introducing free Covid-19 insurance cover. Insurance is automatically included as part of the booking and no additional documentation is required from passengers. – TradeArabia Press Service
